**The Immunization Clinic in these areas will be CLOSING at 12 noon on the last working day of each month for inventory purposes. If the last working day falls on a Wednesday we will not be closing. The clinic closes at 2:30pm on the third Friday of each month for staff meetings. |
PLEASE NOTE: You must accompany your child and bring his or her immunizations
record or history in order for the child to receive the vaccines required.
